I was waiting for a tow truck to repair a busted tire. I went inside this shop and asked for help. These guys helped me asap by switching out my tire and offered me free service! What great people!

My 2013 Ford Escape was acting up took it to Brad and his team where the told me my trans needed to be rebuilt. They performed the work quickly and my SUV was back running like new. On the follow up inspection a month later they found an unrelated seal that was leaking and repaired it at no additional cost. I am extremely satisfied with the work completed by Multistate of Oak Forest and recommend them highly. Great Work

Big Thank you to Brad and team for for saving me a boatload of money and repairing my transmission the honest way!! Before my second opinion at Multistate Transmission in Oak Forest, I brought my 2011 Ford Fusion to a local Ford dealer to correct the hard shifting transmission issue. The service department concluded I need a new transmission and a wire harness and the price tag was a whopping $7800.00. I decided to get a second opinion and brought it over to multistate transmission and had them take a look at it and their conclusion was a frayed wire which they repaired and my transmission seems to be shifting great. Had my transmission rebuilt on my 2002 ford explorer also had my differential fluids changed, also was told that my rear hub bearing are making noise and will need to be replaced. They showed me the bad parts from my transmission I was glad to be shown the parts. At home looked under truck and seen that the transmission was cleaned and looked new. I would recommend this shop to any looking for a rebuilt trans.

Great work, fair price

Brought my car to Multistate Transmission on Tuesday 4/19/2016, late afternoon for service engine soon warning light problem.I was greeted immediately by Brad when I arrived and my car was being checked within 20 minutes. I picked it up on Thursday, 4/21/2016 early afternoon. I was quoted a fair price and my car was fixed and sounded and road better than it had in a while. I would greatly recommend this company for transmission servicing. I was very pleased with their service and will use their services again if another problem arises.

I brought my 2007 Tundra to them with a problem. The rear axle bearingwas damaged and had to be repaired. They gave me a price and the work was completed in two days. Paid and picked up truck.Called them next day with a small problem and they said bring it over. Turns out ,the problem was not theirs, but they were quick to check.They gave me a fair price, finished on time.I would use them again in the future, and would send friends over.
